The early bird registration of $80 per player ends June 10, 2011.

Just a quick reminder that it will soon be time for our Annual Golf Outing at Spencer T. Olin Golf Course in Alton on Saturday, July 9, 2011. We would like to invite you to join in the festivities as a player, prize donor, and/or by sponsoring holes. The registration fee of $90 includes lunch, and refreshments on the course. Included in your package is a Players Club Membership for every player. This Membership is good for 1 month and includes the following: 1) Free Greens Fee after 3pm, 2) Free Range Balls anytime 3) Free Learning Center 9 hole course anytime.

This year we offer an early bird registration of $80 per player, if you register by June 10, 2011. In addition to the early bird registration. We are especially requesting club members to bring another player. The player you bring does not have to be your partner in the event. We encourage all members to get involved and have a significant impact on the degree of success of the tournament. Member participation is the club’s strategy approach to a successful tournament by ensuring the number of players, in light of the many sub-standard tournaments in the past.

The Golf Tournament has suffered for the last 3 years, based entirely on a lack of participation by our members. This is a unique opportunity to reverse the trend of the last 3 years.

I have attached a letter that you can use to send to your prospective sponsors and sponsor sheet. Please make your request early in the interest of event planning.
